Disadvantages
1. It
causes weight gain if sedentary, can cause increase in muscle mass.
2. Puts
you at risk for getting cardiovascular diseases.
3. High
in calories, saturated and trans-fat, increases cholesterol levels and contributes
to decrease in life expectancy.
